regional and national companies in the
Greater Lehigh Valley market. She has
provided consulting services focused
upon market analysis and feasibility
studies for several clients and written
several trade articles that have been
published in various trade journals. A
member of SIOR since 1991, she continues to serve on the Chapter Board as
the Membership Chair.
Steve Bergsman is a nationally recognized financial and real estate writer.
For more than twenty-five years, he has
contributed to a wide range of magazines, newspapers, and wire services,
including the New York Times, the Wall
