MEET THE AUTHORS
Lawrence Yun is senior vice president
and Chief Economist at the National
Association of REALTORS®. He writes
regular columns on real estate market
trends, creates NAR’s forecasts, and
participates in many economic forecasting panels, including Blue Chip and the
Harvard University Industrial Economist
Council. He received his undergraduate
degree from Purdue University and
earned his Ph.D. from the University of
Erin Stackley, Commercial Legislative
Policy Representative at the National
Association of REALTORS®, monitors and analyzes federal legislative
developments affecting the field of
commercial real estate, and lobbies
the U.S. Congress to make sure that
their interests are addressed. Prior to
joining NAR, Erin worked for the House
of Representatives and had a legal fellowship with the National Federation of
Independent Business (NFIB).
John Salustri is a freelance writer
and editor-in-chief of Salustri Content
Solutions, a consultancy focused on
enhancing the written and online messaging of professional organizations.

George Ratiu is director of Quantitative
& Commercial Research with the
National Association of REALTORS® in
Washington, D.C. where he produces
the Commercial Real Estate Outlook—a
quarterly forecast of core property
sector fundamentals. He manages a
research portfolio focused on macroeconomic trends, commercial real
estate, and global investments. Ratiu
provides economic and industry insights in publications and keynote
presentations across the U.S.
Amanda Marsh is the founder of
Buzzmaestro LLC., a business writing
firm based in New York. She has over a
decade’s experience in commercial real
estate journalism and is a regular contributor to publications such as Bisnow,
Commercial Property Executive, Multi-Housing News, and Real Estate Weekly.
Marsh is a member of Commercial Real
Estate Women (CREW) New York, as well
as a member of CREW Network’s editorial
and marketing committee.
Elaine Worzala is the Director of the
Carter Real Estate Center and a professor of real estate in the Department of
Finance within the School of Business at
the College of Charleston. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Real
Estate programs and also worked with
the undergraduate program at Colorado
State University. Worzala has also
worked extensively with graduate real
estate programs across the country.
