Jim Hochman, Esq., a partner of
Arnstein & Lehr LLP law firm, practices
law for a wide range of clients in real
estate and real estate related litigation.

Andrew Braden is a recent graduate
from the College of Charleston with a
degree in business administration and
a concentration in real estate. Andrew
is currently working full-time with NAI
Avant in Charleston with a focus in consulting and investment services.
David Hickey, is a Senior Director of
Hickey & Associates. He is a trusted advisor and partner for the firm's clients in
providing strategy and advisory in site
selection, economic incentives, and labor analytics. Celebrating thirty years in
the industry, the firm has active project
work in every corner of the world, and
is a proud partner of many SIOR members. With a wide array of experience in
the field, David often takes leadership
roles in projects based in the U.S.,
Europe, and other regions around the
world. David has led numerous seminars and workshops on global location
strategies, and is a frequent contributor
in industry media.
Bryan Everett, SIOR, specializes in
industrial leasing and sales with CBRE
in the Raleigh, Durham, N.C. region,
handling all aspects of tenant/buyer
and landlord/seller process. Bryan has
worked with a wide range of third-party
logistics companies, manufacturing
companies, distribution companies and
numerous other industrial organizations
to help achieve their facility objectives.
He has handled over $200 million in
lease and sale transactions.
