The SIOR Maryland/District of Columbia/Northern Virginia
Chapter kicked off the season with its annual Holiday Party in
December at the Victoria Gastro Pub. Corporate sponsors and
20 members gathered for the holiday festivities in Columbia,
Md. They celebrated the Chapter’s achievements of the past
year, including new members.

CONTRIBUTES TO CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
The SIOR New Jersey Chapter gave back to its community with
a donation of $2,575 to the Children’s Specialized Hospital
at the chapters' sponsored holiday party at Huntley Tavern in
Summitt, N.J. With more than 80 attendees, the Chapter also
raffled off three signed footballs from the Giants, contributing
an additional $1,000 to the hospital. A representative from the
hospital, Sara MacDuff, was presented with a check from the
fundraising at their Superbowl party.

SIOR NEW JERSEY CHAPTER ATTENDS
REAL ESTATE JOURNAL EVENT
The SIOR New Jersey Chapter attended the New England
Real Estate Journal’s Cocktails and Conversations event, held
in Hartford, Conn., in November. About 200 attended this
networking social where CRE professional groups increased
their visibility through sponsorship and tabletops. Seven
members attended the event to promote the organization and

SIOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA CHAPTER
HOLDS ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY
The SIOR Northern California Chapter rang in the holidays
and their new chapter leadership at the Annual Holiday
Luncheon in December. More than 140 members, guests, and
sponsors attended the luncheon at the St. Francis Yacht Club
in San Francisco, Calif. The chapter also featured its 19th
Annual Premier Broker Awards Ceremony, which included
13 categories and received 61 submittals, totaling over $1.8
billion dollars in business conducted.
